Google Sheets to Notion Markdown Table
Export your Google Sheets data as CSV or XLSX and convert it to a Notion-ready Markdown table in seconds — no Google API, no OAuth, no signup.
Google Sheets doesn't have a built-in "export to Notion table" feature. The fastest workaround is to export the sheet as CSV or XLSX, convert it here to GitHub-Flavored Markdown, and paste it into Notion. The whole process takes about 30 seconds and requires no integrations or API keys.
Step-by-step: Google Sheets → Notion table
- Export from Google Sheets. In your spreadsheet, go to File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) or File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv).
- Upload here. Click "Open converter" above, select the downloaded file, and click "Convert to Markdown".
- Copy and paste into Notion. Click Copy, open your Notion page, and paste. Notion renders the pipe-table as a formatted table.
The converter handles numeric columns with automatic right-alignment and expands any merged cells so there are no blank columns in the output.
