Batch Clean Photo Metadata

EXIF metadata is embedded in every digital photo by the camera or phone. It includes location data, timestamps, device information, and sometimes copyright or author strings. When sharing photos with clients, colleagues, or publicly, you may want to remove some or all of this metadata — either for privacy, compliance, or simply to reduce file size.

Cleaning metadata one file at a time is slow. This batch tool lets you drop 50+ images at once and process them all in a single click. Each cleaned image is available for individual download, and a ZIP button packages everything together for convenient archive download.

Works on JPEG (removes EXIF completely via re-encoding), PNG (lossless, no embedded metadata in re-encoded output), and WebP. All processing uses the Canvas API in your browser — no server, no account, no file size limit beyond your device's memory.

100% client-side · no upload. GPS, camera model, timestamps, and all other EXIF data are stripped by re-encoding in your browser. Files never leave your device.
