Number PDF Pages Automatically

When a PDF lacks page numbers, navigating a long document becomes frustrating — especially when discussing it with colleagues or citing specific sections. This tool automatically numbers every page in your PDF using a consistent style.

Configure the starting number (default is 1, but you can start from any number for documents that are part of a series), the text position (bottom center is the most common for body text, bottom right for reports), and the font size.

The numbering uses Helvetica, a clean sans-serif font that reads well at small sizes. Numbers are rendered as vector text, maintaining crispness at any zoom level.

Drop your PDF, configure the settings, click Apply, and download the numbered result. Everything runs in your browser — no upload, no server, no account required.
