Rotate PDF from Landscape to Portrait

PDFs with landscape orientation (wider than tall) can be awkward to read on mobile devices or when mixed with portrait pages in a document viewer. Rotating landscape pages to portrait is straightforward: select the landscape pages and apply a 90° rotation.

If the entire document is landscape, select "All pages" and apply a 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation depending on which direction the content is oriented. If only some pages are landscape (common in documents where tables or charts are wider than the text), specify those page numbers.

After rotating, the page dimensions in the PDF swap — a 792×612 pt landscape page becomes a 612×792 pt portrait page. The content is rotated accordingly to remain readable.

Processing uses pdf-lib in your browser with no server upload.
