Style differences
AP Style lowercases articles (a, an, the), coordinating conjunctions (and, but, or, nor, for, so, yet), and prepositions of any length. APA Style capitalises all major words of four or more letters; short prepositions and conjunctions stay lowercase. Chicago Style is similar to APA but also lowercases short prepositions (in, at, by, up) regardless of length.
