Can the redacted areas be recovered?

The solid black fill is a permanent pixel overwrite on the exported image. It cannot be recovered or reversed from the downloaded file. Unlike blur or low-opacity overlays, a solid black rectangle destroys the underlying pixel data entirely.

Is my image uploaded to a server?
