Combine Scanned Documents into One PDF

Scanners typically produce one PDF per scan or a folder of JPEG images. Assembling these into a single document usually requires desktop software. This tool lets you do it entirely in the browser without installing anything.

Drop the scanned PDFs in page order, click Merge, and download the combined file. If your scanner produced images (JPEG or PNG) instead of PDFs, use the JPG to PDF tool first to convert the images, then merge the resulting PDFs here.

The tool handles large documents — you can combine dozens of scanned pages without hitting a file size barrier. This is ideal for archiving paper documents, assembling multi-page forms, or collecting signed pages from multiple signatories.

Everything runs locally. Scanned documents often contain sensitive personal information, so the no-upload design is especially important for this use case.
